NEW YORK — Okay Human has launched a new set of behavior-triggered research capabilities that allow brands and agencies to engage people based on real-world actions and understand decision-making while it’s still unfolding.
The launch marks the first major rollout following Okay Human’s partnership with DigitalMYnd.
Traditionally, most behavioral data has existed at the macro level, showing audience trends and movement without access to the individuals behind those behaviors. Okay Human’s new capabilities are designed to close that gap by triggering qualitative studies based on observed actions across search, browsing, shopping, media consumption, switching behavior, and more.
The capabilities allow brands and agencies to:
• target consumers based on real-world behavior
• engage people closer to actual decision moments
• identify emerging behaviors and untapped segments
• reconnect with the same individuals over time
• track how decisions evolve longitudinally
• connect observed behavior to deeper emotional understanding
Combined with Okay Human’s private conversational methodology, the new capabilities create a more continuous and grounded understanding of how decisions actually happen, not just how they’re explained after the fact.
“Most companies can see behavior, but they still struggle to understand the human reality underneath it,” said Alexander Kane, Co-Founder of Okay Human. “This allows us to engage people while decisions, emotions, and tensions are still unfolding and understand what’s actually shaping those moments in real time.”
The new capabilities are now available and already being integrated into innovation, audience understanding, customer experience, campaign development, and ongoing tracking work.
